Child Abuse Preventions Council’s SAFE (Student And Family Empowerment) Program! SAFE works with kids who need help tackling challenges like poor grades, suspensions, & outbursts in class. SAFE connects kids and their families to caring professionals who make a big difference!
Mike was struggling with defiant behavior and angry outbursts. After SAFE helped him manage big feelings , defiance has decreased significantly and he’s communicating much more effectively! Mike’s mom was relieved to have someone to talk to about how to help him.
